Ferghas' Adventures

Ferghas trotted into Fochabers one sunny afternoon, his nose twitching with excitement. He’d heard whispers from the birds that a mysterious bell had vanished from the old Milne’s Schoolroom—and without it, the school’s magical time-clock couldn’t chime!

Inside the museum, Ferghas tiptoed past the carriages and peeked into the RAF Dallachy display. “No bell here,” he mooed softly. Then he spotted a dusty map with a glowing dot near the photo archive.

With a flick of his tail, Ferghas followed the glow and found a hidden drawer. Inside was a tiny brass bell wrapped in a tartan cloth. As he lifted it, the room shimmered—and suddenly, Ferghas was standing in the schoolroom, surrounded by ghostly children in old-fashioned clothes!

“Thank you, Ferghas!” they cheered. “Now we can finish our lessons and ring the bell once more!”

Ferghas gave a proud moo, placed the bell on the teacher’s desk, and watched as the time-clock ticked back to life. With a wink from the schoolmaster’s portrait, Ferghas was whisked back to the present, just in time for a scoop of Fochabers ice cream.
