Just off the main route through Kinloss is the site of ruins, which from the main road doesn't look like much, but once approached is a rich testament to Scottish history and resilience. The abbey stands as a lasting monument to faith. The graveyard is still in use today by locals and regular tours are provided in the area.

Ferghas' Adventures

While Ferghas doesn't particularly like graveyards, this Abbey intrigued him. The scent of fresh flowers on the air told him this wasn't a dark place but a calm and solemn place. He entered through the main gate and proceeded around the stone graves reading each of the plaques as he passed. As he reached the main ruins he felt a familiar strong wind whip around him. As he looked around he saw the Abbey reform and a great choir chorus rose up. The sound of so many voices lifted and fell with such sweet music that Ferghas found him self closing his eyes not in fear, but love of the sound. The song reached it's end and he opened hi eyes looking around. He was once again standing in the ruins of the Abbey. "how wonderful" he thought. He continued walking and made sure to read each of the names on stones as he passed. Of course he smelled the flowers too, especially the roses.

Just as he was leaving he attempted a low Moo to the tune of the music he had just heard, nothing happened but it didn't need to, he knew they heard.
